I was lucky enough to spend a year at Boston College with him. I was a senior when he was a freshman and we served together in the Residence Hall Council. Just this weekend I found a whole bunch of pictures taken at an RHC conference and at our years' end banquet. What a wonderful, sweet guy! I know seniors aren't supposed to have crushes on freshmen - but I certainly had one on Dan. I will always remember how much happier a roomful of people would be whenever he was there.

Please know that Dan touched so many lives and so many hearts in the far too short a time that we had him with us. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
